To install the SCSA - SPOX distribution

	1. Download the compressed tar file (scsaspox.tar.Z) and place it
	   into your $CAC directory

	2. Uncompress and extract the archive: 
		compress -d scsaspox.tar
	        tar xf scsaspox.tar

	3. See README file in $(CAC)/pci/scsaspox
