This directory contains files for the DOS/Windows 3.x installation
  for the Bullet3, Bullet2 and DART products.

  Support for the Bullet33 product is not available for DOS or Windows 3.x.

  To install: Unzip cac16r43.zip and run install.exe.

  After the installation, replace cacdsp.sys from the installation
  with the version in this directory.  Diag16.exe and dd.exe are
  utilities to diagnose hardware and driver problems.
