This directory contains files for the Windows 2000 and XP installation
  for the Bullet33, Bullet3 and Bullet2 products.

  Support for the DART product is not available for Windows 2000 or XP.

  For a complete installation:

      Download cac2kVVV.zip (where VVV is the 3-digit version number)
      Unzip the archive and run setup.exe

  For manual installation of the device driver and DLL only:
  
       Download cac2kdrv.zip
       Unzip the archive
       Follow the instructions found in drv_info.txt
